Meet Racheal

Hire someone who has done the job, not just advised on it.

I grew up in marketing the long way. My first job out of Western Kentucky was product and brand marketing for Fruit of the Loom's women's business, where I helped launch the brand onto Amazon and put a new underwear program into national mid-tier retailers. That early marketplace work shaped the rest of my career.

From there, four years at VF Workwear repositioning Red Kap, a legacy B2B brand, into automotive and transportation. I owned the category end to end, including the brand's largest SEMA presence, and drove its Amazon launch from nothing.

Then full-funnel DTC growth at Swiftwick, where I sat on the go-to-market team for a sock that won Outside Magazine's Gear of the Year. Then agency side as VP of Brand Strategy, directing brand and marketplace strategy across a large CPG portfolio.

Most recently I was CMO of Drip EZ, a bootstrapped outdoor cooking brand, where I owned the marketing and marketplace P&L, built the marketing and customer service functions from nothing, launched Amazon from a standing start into a major revenue channel, and helped scale the business through a period of fast, high-stakes growth while protecting contribution margin.

I've consulted the whole way through, since 2017. Today it's what I do full time, for a small number of brands and businesses at a time. I care about the work being right more than being fast, and I'd rather tell you an honest no than take on something I can't move.

Where I learned it

In-house and agency side, from Fortune 500 to founder-owned and bootstrapped. Client work stays confidential, so what I can name are the brands that employed me.

I treat every client's business like my own.

That's the reason I keep the client list short. Tell me what you're working on and I'll tell you straight whether I'm the right person for it.
